What will you do in this job?
As part of the Norwegian Customer Service team - you will get the chance to be the face of the company. You will be in the view of customers as you help them play online, carry out all gaming operations, administration and helping customers with any issues they may have with playing online. Communication skills in both Norwegian and English are crucial as you will get to talk live with customers verbally and via chat. You will need to stay up to date with all our client offers, work closely with the IT team when issues arise and as said - work in shifts.

Who are we looking for?
For this Customer Service job we are looking for you to have near native Norwegian and an excellent level of English - where you will need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills as you are always in the eye of the customer.
You have at least 1 years previous customer service/call centre experience, it would be great if you have some experience in dealing with customers on a face-to-face basis or even in a casino.
As you are the face of the company we are looking for you to be outgoing, friendly and patient as you will communicate and help customers throughout your shifts. No degree is necessary but we are looking for you to have excellent computer skills.

Interview & Salary
For this Norwegian Customer Service Job - the interview process is quite straightforward and flexible for those who are not living in Malta.
