Who are we looking for?
First of all, we are looking for a near-native Norwegian speaker who also has a confident level of English to join the customer service team and that you have between 6-12 months previous experience in customer service in areas such as fraud investigation, card issuing, transaction processing etc. This previous experience is important as this is an e-commerce based customer service job. You have a good working knowledge of MS office, PC based internet and software applications too. You are target driven, extremely customer focussed and work well with others. Lastly, we are looking for someone who has a genuine interest in working in Belfast.

Interview & Salary
