What will you do in this job?
As part of the customer service team – you will mainly focus on delivering first class customer care to all customers via phone, email and online chat. Helping customers with queries and/or issues and guiding them towards a happy outcome is important to our client as you will, when needed be able to guide customers around the company website which may be difficult to those less familiar with online applications.

Who are we looking for? 
We’re looking for a very particular set of skills – near native level of Swedish and English – excellent communication levels (written & oral) in both languages. You have at least 1 year’s customer service experience and are comfortable with either working on your own or within a team. It is important that you are comfortable with working within the online gaming/gambling industry.

Interview & Salary 
For this Swedish speaking job the interview process is straight forward – you will be invited for a phone interview and if successful there will a Skype interview with the companies HR Manager and Team lead. Depending on you spoken level of Swedish – there may also be a written Swedish test. 
With regards to salary, you can expect to bring home €22,000 plus up to €2000 annual bonus depending on performance. 
But wait, that is not all – there is a great relocation package on offer – your travel costs will be reimbursed after your 6-month probation period, you will be picked up from the airport when you arrive in Malta and you will receive 2 weeks paid accommodation to help you look for your own place without stress.
