French Speakers are wanted for a French Customer Service job here in Amsterdam – The Cultural Capital of Europe! 
How does working with the world’s #1 customer experience focussed outsourcing giant to join the technical customer service team for a major client of theirs here in Amsterdam?
We’re looking for near native French speakers with excellent English, good PC skills & excellent problem-solving skills. You have 6 -12 months customer service experience (preferably in a contact center).
It is important to note that our client is looking for someone who is already based in Amsterdam or going to Amsterdam in the near future as there is no relocation package!
What will you do in this Customer Service Job?
As a Technical Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for taking all incoming calls, emails and online chat from customers with queries and issues. It will be up to you in investigate and resolve both their hardware & software issues, not forgetting to take customer details and updating the company CRM system each time. 
Of course, if the issue needs it, you will be required to escalate to tech support and not forget to stay up to date on the company products and services.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for you to have a near native level of French and excellent English – you have extremely good communication skills in both languages (written and verbal). You have an affinity for IT, 6-12 months customer service experience (Preferably in a contact center), good typing and PC skills and are extremely customer focussed and outgoing. As this is a company is extremely customer focussed we are looking for bubbly, outgoing near native French speakers.
