Speak near native Finnish & want to work in Customer Service?
We are looking for near native Finnish speakers with a fluent level of German to join the Customer Service team here in Heinsberg, a city in Germany that nears the border of the Netherlands. 
This is a customer service job that can offer you more than simply answering the phones. You will get the opportunity to up-sell and cross-sell our clients products as well as translate from German to Finnish for you and your customers. 

What will you do in this job?
For this Customer service job, you will be responsible for the following tasks: Answer incoming calls and emails with clients and customer queries and issues. There a small twist with this job as you will get the chance to up and cross sell products to those that ring in. Don’t worry, there isn’t any sales targets. The reason we are looking for you to speak a fluent level of German is because you will need to translate from German to Finnish in order to help customers and yourself in your day-to-day tasks.

Who are we looking for?
For this customer service job – we are looking for you to have a near native level of Finnish and you need to be able to understand German perfectly; both written and spoken German. This is important as you need to translate texts from German to Finnish. You have excellent communication skills (written and verbal). You have previous customer service experience and a small bit of sales experience would be a plus as you will work on up and cross selling on a day-to-day basis with clients and customers that email/call in. You will need good IT skills and the ability to work well within a team. 

Where would you be working?
Heinsberg is where this multilingual job is based. Heinsberg is nicely situated near the border with the Netherlands, so if you so wished you could live in the Netherlands and work in Germany (an exciting twist) it’s up to you of course. Heinsberg is a beautiful city to live in too. 

Interview & Salary 
The interview process is straightforward – Our client is quite flexible, if you don’t live close to Heinsberg then the interview can be over Skype, otherwise the interview will be via face-to-face. 
Once you are successful you will then be asked over for a 1 day trial to see what it’s like here and if this is job is for you.
