As part of the Danish Customer Service team - you will get the chance to be the face of the company. You will be in the view of customers as you help and guide them as they play online, carry out all gaming operations, administration and helping customers with any issues they may have with playing online. Communication skills in both Danish and English are crucial as you will get to talk live with customers verbally and via chat. Who are we looking for?
For this Customer Service job, we are looking for you to have near native Danish and an excellent level of English - where you will need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills as you are always in the eye of the customer.
You have at least 1 years previous customer service/call centre experience, it would be great if you have some experience in dealing with customers on a face-to-face basis or even in a casino.
